Doug was raised in Springfield and has deep roots in the community. He worked in public service in Springfield and Greene County, Mo, then spent 25 years working with a Fortune 200 company. The Concierge business is a perfect fit for his new career. He enjoys and understands the meaning of "customer service".

After living in Oklahoma most of her life, Meg came to Springfield to pursue an opportunity with a major local hospital. After visiting family here several times the past few years, she fell in love with the area. Meg is a Registered Nurse--mostly spent in Emergency Care for the past 14 years. She identifies with the term "sense of urgency".

We hope to contribute to the community by enabling people with busy lives to have a chance to take time for their personal events while we take care of some of those stressful, tedious, time-consuming everyday tasks. We look forward to being at your "Sudden Service" !
